Season 1 – Episode 11

I hope you are being uplifted and inspired by the simple yet most precious life’s moments! My husband Matthew says it’s a phrase used a bit too often, but those moments are fleeting (especially when it comes to children growing up!)

We filmed this episode in Texas, a day before Mother’s Day.

I had travelled alone and missed my boys (AND my own mom), but the whole experience was filled with so much grace… Meeting two amazing women/ moms: Megan Silas, Amy Mattocha, my hosts Jim and Meredith, and our Directory of Photography Raymond Lott was a gift!

In this episode I share a quote my best friend Ivana gave me when my oldest son Dante was born, which helped me to learn to let go and let my children be who they were meant to be – as my own mother did with me.

  • Dear Tajci,

I am a mother of 3 little children in age of 4 years, 3 years, and baby 10 months old.

I am religious teacher in primary school in Croatia but currently at home, keeping on my kids.

This article and video was so inspiring for me. I was crying like a little child listen to Your words.

I am still struggling with balance and feeling guilty because I want to my dream came true.

I have no support my parents, we are often in some argues because of network marketing job I was doing. Mom even said she is shame because of what I am doing and because I write on facebook that I am Women, mother, queen 🙂

People are laughing at me because of my dream to become finacial free and because I want to help others with their dreams.

I finnaly know what is that I want to do in life and I believe I can do it. I don’t know how, but I believe I will succeed 🙂

Thank You so much for sharing Your thoutghs with the world.

    God bless You!

    Valentina

    • Dear, dear, dear Valentina,

You go girl!!! I believe in you! We are your support – other women, mothers, queens who are not afraid to dream and make our dreams come true!!! We’ve all been laughed at, at some point… Another favorite quote I keep close is by Gandhi: “First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.”

I also understand how this might be viewed from the perspective of religion – I have personal experience of it, and can only say to you – guilt and fear are NOT from God… us humans like to place those in the hearts of each other… and on our own hearts – and not with bad intentions either… fear protects from hurt, the real hurt, suffering, but also from disappointment, emotional pain … but trust that God IS guiding you.

Thank you so much for reaching out to me!!!
      Much love,
      Valentina

  • Dear Valentina!
Believe in yourself, believe in your dream cause it’s yours and yours alone purpose God gave you to fulfill in this world. If it’s a real dream, the one from your heart, trust me, God will find a way to help you succeed. This strugle with your parents-look at as a chalenge you CAN over grow it. Just be strog and trust, and every day make a small step forward! Dreams does come true, especially when they are born deep in our hearts! But also, along the way, be secreative, don’t talk about it with people who doesn’t understand it. Cause they will only pull you down. Instead, talk with your angels, they will help you, they are in your service. 🙂

    Lots of love!
    Marijeta

  • Dear Tajci and Marijeta,

    You are awesome!!!
It is great to having You in my life! Thank You so much for supporting me.

Because it isn’t easy to be souranded by negative people. Our mentality is: You have little kids and husband, You must be at home just cooking, cleaning and not to do anything else. Be good wife and mother. And if I don’t do that I have that feeling of gilt inside me, that isn’t from God, I agree.

Reading Your comments I have more courage and more entuhsiasam to go forward!

You are both so inspireing and amazing women’s and I am proud because , You are Croatian women 🙂 It isn’t easy to find lots of people from Croatia who are so positive and following their dreams.

    God bless You both 🙂

P.S. Sorry for bad english 🙂

    Love You,

    Valentina
